Since our inception, SeeLine has led a number of strategic consulting efforts that were instrumental in establishing frameworks, metrics and approaches that are commonly used to assess energy and sustainability programs, evaluation efforts and project approvals by government, utilities and the private sector.
What We've Done

Ontario Power Authority/Independent Electricity System Operator
Development of a standardized methodology/guideline for project measurement and verification of electricity energy conservation programs undertaken by OPA funded programming efforts. These Guidelines inform current approaches to M&V used in the province of Ontario.

Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA)
Develop and implement an M&V reporting, measurement and verification process consistent with the requirements of the Ontario Power Authority which provides specific direction on M&V requirements and calculation approaches for 10 major energy conservation efforts undertaken by the GTAA.

Enbridge Gas Distribution
Developed evaluation plans for Enbridge’s portfolio of Demand-Side Management programs, including specifying the nature of the evaluation effort required, data and resource requirements.

Enbridge Gas Distribution
Process Evaluations undertaken for a number of programs including Run it Right, Design Advisor and Adaptive Thermostat programs.

GreenSaver
Development and implementation of Monitoring and Verification protocols consistent with the requirements of the OPA/IESO, including site assessments and savings calculations.
